How it works
Sign up, then send the shift
Create your pharmacy account once. After that, post shifts online or text them to us: date, hours, rate, and anything the pharmacist needs to know.
We match it locally
It goes to licensed pharmacists who have your store inside their travel radius. Nobody gets shifts they can't reach.
You get a confirmation
We text you the confirmed pharmacist. They've already agreed to your notes, like your software or key pickup, before they take it.
Common questions
Do I have to stop using ShiftPost?
No. Plenty of owners keep what they already use and send us the shifts that are hard to fill. Use whichever covers the shift.
Is Staffing Partner a job board?
No. We take responsibility for matching your shift and confirming a pharmacist, rather than leaving a listing up for people to find.
What does it cost?
A flat platform fee per booked shift, plus the pharmacist's hourly rate. There's no markup on the rate. Busier stores can choose a monthly plan.
Which pharmacists will see my shift?
Licensed pharmacists and pharmacy interns whose travel radius includes your store's postal code.
